Finding the Right Gym for You

Let’s face it, gyms are a dime a dozen in the 815. Finding one in which you feel comfortable working out is key. If you join a gym where you are uncomfortable or feel intimidated, you will more than likely quit and give up. Therefore it is important to really feel at home with whichever gym you choose.
So think about what you want in a club. Are you strictly there to lift weights? Do you want to take aerobics classes? Are you looking for a variety of cardio equipment? Are you wanting HIIT? Do you want all of these things under one roof?
Let’s go over some basics of choosing a gym that fits you.
