Fitness as Unique as You

Picking the right gym for you
You’re unique. There’s only one of you in the whole world. What you look for in a gym may evolve as you do, but it must fit your needs from one day to the next and be able to adapt depending on your moods, interests, and seasons.
Unlike you, gyms are a dime a dozen in the 815. Finding one that fits your every desire and in which you feel comfortable is key. If you join a gym where you are uncomfortable or feel intimidated, you will more than likely quit and give up. Therefore it is important to really feel at home with whichever gym you choose.
So think about what you want in a club. Are you strictly there to lift weights? Do you want to take aerobics classes? Are you looking for a variety of cardio equipment? Are you wanting HIIT classes? Do you want all of these things under one roof or do you want to drive to a half-dozen studios over the course of each week?
Let’s go over some basics of choosing a gym that fits you.
